Cancelling a one-time order
Orders can be cancelled at no cost any time before they are dispatched. Message us through the Contact page with your order number and we'll stop it if it hasn't left the warehouse.
Already shipped?
Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but it is still covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account, with no fee and no minimum number of orders. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for that cycle. See the Subscription Policy.
Changes we make
If we ever need to cancel an order on our side — a pricing error or an out-of-stock item — we'll tell you and refund you in full straight away.
